Shipping
The shipping rate quoted on iJenco.com is quoted by the carrier, which is UPS for domestic orders and USPS for international orders. Jenco does not add additional handling fees to orders. Orders are processed and shipped on a first-come basis. Express orders must be received by Jenco and charged by Google Checkout by 2:00PM Pacific time in order to be shipped on the same day. Orders are normally charged by Google Checkout 30 to 60 minutes after they are submitted.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is available for orders totaling more than $200 with shipping address within continental United States, which excludes Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping orders will be sent using ground shipping. Please make sure to select the Free Shipping during the checkout process.
Delivery
Tracking numbers are emailed to customers as they become available to Jenco. UPS currently does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Returns
Return New, Unopened Items within 30 Days of Delivery
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by iJenco.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Complete the online return authorization form to get started with a return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Partial Refund
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:
- Any item sold and fulfilled by iJenco.com within 30 days of delivery that is not in its original condition but still in resalable condition: 85% of items price
No Refund
Jenco cannot accept items outside of 30 days of delivery, nor accept consumable products such as electrodes, solutions or buffer capsules.
Repairs
Items may be sent back to Jenco for repair. There is a $40 inspection fee for all items sent back for repair. Upon inspection, customer service will notify you of any additional repair fees and ask for your authorization before further repair work is done.
